Seems pretty clear that if you're fighting the auditing of something, which should give the exact same results, you're probably guilty.

John Roberts has been an utter disaster as chief justice. Just really an awful, terrible choice to run that institution. All of his instincts are 100% backwards from what they should be. He's an embarrassment to the country.
