Definitely an important point. Also worth noting is that Texas is not asking for SCOTUS to elect Trump. They’re basically asking SCOTUS to provide relief in the form of a revote in the defendant states due to rampant fraud.

I mean, he is going to be arrested based on everything else meaning he won’t be able to. However the result of this case would be a revote most likely because it would balance disenfranchisement and justice in the court’s eyes (my assumption).
I don't think there should be a revote. President Trump won all of those states. Simply count the legal, verifiable votes and he wins easily in every case.

If they got away it, then their Chinese puppets are in the White House. If they got caught, "It was all Biden's fault!"

I'm not so sure about that... but they don't necessarily lose if they don't steal it, because if Trump overcomes the fraud, they can still say that "Trump is an illegitimate President" or "Trump gained a second term through a coup" and the dem base would believe that.

SCOTUS is less than 100% so they had to pick the lesser of the two evils.

The real problem is that the results are unauditable and they know it. They are unauditable by design. Dominion has a built in cheat mode that self audits itself ignoring things that that are fraudulent, and the ballots have been separated from the signature envelopes. the machines were set to not keep ballot images.
Widespread claims of voter fraud should have been met with clear and transparent audits to make sure the electorate was confident in the elections. The fact this never happened shows they don't care if the electorate lacks confidence in the vote as long as they gain power and is indicative of a cover up.

Think about it like children, if you ask to see their room and they fight you on it, there's something they're hiding that they don't want you to see, because if you saw their room and there wasn't anything, it wouldn't change anything.
