Is there a way that a petition of say 80 million citizens could file a amicus in such a case?

IDK but that’s a good idea

I think 100m voted for Trump, If more people were on the Amicus than counted votes, that would be de facto proof of fraud.

Not a strong argument for proof. There are probably people who didn't vote who could sign a petition after the evidence came out supporting Trump. Or, regerts democrats who didn't like that Biden cheated, or found out what he really stood for. Plenty of arguments as to why there might be more people now that the vote totals.

It's weird seeing my reps in NC signing on for TX but my AG signed on with the defendant.

We need to get the state legislatures to intervene as co-plaintiffs:

My Republican House Rep. didn't join. I sent him an angry letter.

Is there a cut and paste that a regular citizen could file? Is there a fee? My state (MI) is a defendant, but I want to be in on this!
