Fraud is too big of a hurdle to climb in such a short amount of time. Especially when much of the evidence has been destroyed or unavailable.

The constitutional argument is easy hurdle to climb, it's basically a straightforward case to claim that they violated the constitution. What's less straightforward is what SCOTUS will provide as relief.

This may be a really dumb question but could we all file these amicus briefs as individuals?

The Amidstad project did a great job with their fraud work and is solid. Hope they get a chance to get heard. However, the reality is that the core issue is States can sue States for not upholding the constitution. It is our basic agreement. Otherwise, no Union. So 3rd party people like this can weaken that argument.
