This moron. The suit is being filled because the executives acted outside of the legislature

You would be hard pressed to find someone who is more pro- states rights than I am.

All this is predicated on states following their own laws, however stupid they might be. That didn't happen. Bureaucrats, 3rd party groups, and individuals violated state and federal laws. The result is disenfranchising states that did follow their laws (though, I don't actually believe that any state fully followed the law).

More pointedly, as TX stated (paraphrasing), either we're going to follow the Constitution or wipe our asses with it. It seems that my AG has chosen to focus on the toilet paper shortage.

That's how I see it. What's the point of the courts if this doesn't get taken up

I just found out that the AG lives in the same town as me. I might have to see if I can have a polite conversation with him.

No, Bob from the NSA, "polite" isn't sarcasm... this time.

Go say hi and tell him hi from the rest of us. I'm damn curious why we can't expect all states to follow the election laws THEY set for federal selections.

He will hear from me. One way or another (in a legal way... fuck off Bob from the NSA).

I also invite everyone else, in Idaho or not, to tell him how you feel:

His unilateral decision nullifies Idaho's electoral votes by refusing to defend Article 2, and his decision to not fight against allows other state's votes to be nullified.

He's an obvious stooge. The various states already have the right to litigate against illegal action. Not legal action.
