I was responding to the comment immediately above. You can also tell by the bars on the left. The fact is we have a legislative branch of government. Executive or judicial don't get to tell the legislative what to do. They can meet if they bloody well please, and they don' need no stinking badges!
US Constitution gives State legislature power to choose State electors. My State (WI) won't do it either. This is because they are spineless. My SCWI also failed me. A seat was stolen in April; USPS. Governor was stolen in 2018.
