The swamp is getting backed into a corner right now, and they have EVERYTHING to lose. I think they are depraved enough to pull an extreme move such as assassinating a conservative supreme court justice. Does anyone know how protected they are? What other extreme actions might the swamp take if this Texas lawsuit is effective?

I'm pretty sure that every federal judiciary member get US Marshal protection, and no SCOTUS justice has ever been assassinated before, so hopefully enough.

Going off what happened to the last guy to take on the CIA, I'd say they'll at least try.
It's going on 20 years ago, but when Justice Breyer came to speak at my law school he had one guy with him, who I assume was a US marshal. No security checks or anything. I was in law school during 9/11, and I can't remember if this was pre or post. I have no idea what their security is like now. I hope they have a lot. But at the time I remember thinking wtf?
It's their families I am most concerned about. Especially ACB since the leftist commies made such a big scene about them and plastered them all over the internet.

Oh yea, its widely speculated that he was assassinated, also no autopsy was performed.
News reported that he was found dead with a pillow over his face. And there's some very odd messages in Podesta's emails around the same time, with a map pointing to the place.
