Having Lefties or corrupt physically attack (real direct violence) is level 6;
Being $oros'd DA/lawyered in kangaroo court or FISA nonsense is level 7;
Gym accidents, firey car crashes, death/kidnapping arckanicding of family/etc is level 8;
Having openly observable surveilence ops (eg helicopters flying overhead for 2 years) is lvl 9 (seriously at least a few million dolars blown just on helo time);
Things like in the movie Enemy of the State are level 10 (of course real life is much slower paced than an action film most of the time);
In my situation; it's past the 10 point scale for awhile.
