Well, the timeline keeps getting more narrow with a few strands remaining. Biden's presidency is literally caving in on itself with this lawsuit. It stands to reason that time is now the factor IF/WHEN the SCOTUS takes this up, which by having most of the country in on it, they will be forced to. Lastly, yea, I can see her getting 5-10 minutes in before Trump kicks her out of his chair for a second term. We're closer to winning now, than we were on Nov. 4th.
Real question is what damage an she do for a short amount of time if she doesn't have control of the senate?
