It’s speaking like this that makes people hate the Democrats and the leftists. You can just feel the smug coming off the text.

The more adjectives you use, the less strong your argument is. Quick example:

“Biden clearly and blatantly cheated.”

“Biden cheated.”

Which argument is stronger? The second because it uses fewer words and makes you focus on “cheated” instead of whether the adjective is appropriate. Good legal writing is clear and concise. (Also rare.)

Also, my bet is that most of this was written before Texas under the assumption that the claims would be fraud, not the claims Texas brings. The Rudy and Sidney road show is all they thought was coming.

This sort of confirms something I been thinking for awhile that the Trump team lawsuits where a massive distraction. TX brought this case to SC in the Summer, it was shot done because no injury had occurred yet. The election happed, they've now been injured.
