Lol, I remember seeing on their website somewhere claiming they don't have any servers in Germany at all. I performed the nslookup myself and while it wasn't the IP listed in this video, one of the two servers was indeed Germany lmao. This is what we are dealing with folks.
Out of curiosity I just ran another nslookup on the root domain and of course they now have only one server and it's located in Jacksonville, FL as of this moment.

amazon has tons of public addresses and dns servers too. I was in IT there 5 years. They can change the dns addresses for their own gear at will

amazon IT are cunts and they will clone a customer vm and break into it for lulz. Seen it. They pirate everything in sight as well.
