You can't make odds on things that have no historical basis for analysis.
The Texas argument is solid. I haven't heard a good rebuttal to it. The Dem response seems to be since they can't pound the law book, they're going to pound the table.
The biggest question is what will the USSC rule to decide. It is likely they will rule to exclude the late ballots in PA at the very least.
