There aren't enough. Will need to draft the Cajun Navy and make sure they have plenty of dragnets.

Still better than having a hostile prosecutor.

Oh, it's worse than that. She's a Soros DA.

And she slandered our duly elected governor into resigning. She needs some "soldiers" to go "do their thing". I'm talking about Antifa of course (wouldn't want to get in trouble with MSM), definitely not a constitution respecting militia as protected by our founding documents.

Especially since that mega-cunt Kim Gardner is a Soros lackey.

But if the prosecutor initiated a criminal case for political purposes and is then dismissed because of it, shouldn't the entire case be tossed because it's basically political persecution?

I'm sure that will be the next step. No self respecting lawyer or prosecutor, especially in Missouri, would attempt to continue a case this hopeless. Kim Gardener tried to charge them with tampering with evidence, after she tampered with evidence and recording it in official documentation. She should be in jail for that.

The prosecutor should be disbarred and put in prison for a minimum of 20 years.

Not enough.

The McCloskeys must have paid a small fortune in legal fees to date. The prosecutor must be sued personally for their politically motivated abuse of power.

Exactly. This is my reply to OP.

“Ok, but now how will the Soros appointed DA be punished, and how will the Mccloskeys be made whole for their financial losses and the upheaval and destruction of their lives? I’m tired of the lawfare in this country having no consequences, and people being destroyed by the process which we all know is the punishment. You’ll beat the rap most times, but not the ride.”

Can any lawyers speak to this, is it a winning case?
