Nope. You don’t have to send self defense cases to a trial. It is a discretionary call by the prosecutor. Zimmerman wasn’t going to get tried until the political pressure got too high.

Trayvon Martin was one of the first eye-opening wake-up calls for some people. Using his old fucking elementary school photo on the news making people think it was a kid when Martin was an adult male, deliberately editing Zimmerman's 911 call to make him sound racist, repeatedly categorizing Zimmerman as "white" when he was clearly Hispanic just to play up the "white supremacist" angle, completely covering up the fact that Martin had Zimmerman on the ground punching him in the face prior to Zimmerman shooting in self-defense, Obama going on national television and dropping his infamous "if I had a son" remark inflaming racial tension when he should have been calling for calm as the investigation played out...

Everything about the Trayvon Martin case shouted "manufactured race war".

It was just another example of the hoax of black victimization that has been going on for decades. I wasn’t surprised one bit. As soon as the case hit the media, I knew the narrative was bullshit.

Not to mention replacing his girlfriend with a completely different person, mind blowing.

I didn't know much about it back then and unfortunately took most of it at face value. Man how my perspective has changed.

Interesting. I never thought of Chinese involvement but I’ve heard real stories about Soviet recruitment in the strangest of places.

I thought the Chinese only started pulling up black people to shield COVID-1984 criticism.

A Rundown Of Major U.S. Corporate Media’s Business Ties To China

It seems a number of major US media outlets have financial ties to the Chinese Communist Party, and it shows in their coverage.

I listened to every minute of the Trial and it was outrageous that anyone came away with any other judgement than “not guilty”.

That was an excellent documentary.

The call is made by the facts and the law. Not the prosecutor's discretion.

There was no evidence to support probable cause for an arrest.

He's going to win a big fat civil suit payday.

And whom do you think applies the facts to the law to determine whether the legal process should commence?

stonepony 1 point ago +1 / -0

The police. That's why we call them law enforcement. They actually take an oath to that effect. In this case, they had no evidence of any crime to justify an arrest.

Prosecutors do not have the discretion to file bullshit charges for political motives. That's why this prosecutor was dismissed.

That's why Kyle will win a big fat civil suit settlement. Because his rights were violated.

Sir/Ma’am/Xir - the police have power to arrest you. On any serious crime, the prosecutor must decide whether to press charges. Very serious crimes even must be referred to a grand jury. The police have very little authority once an arrest is made.

Take, for instance, the recent case of Juicy Smolay in Chicago. Every cop there wanted him prosecuted. The DA, Kim Foxx, declined to press serious charges. The same shit is happening with these BLM “protestors” in a bunch of liberal cities. The cops arrest people and prosecutors decline to pursue the cases.

The Marxists have really infiltrated this process. Local elections are highly critical. Vote in them. Keep soft on crime Marxist DAs out of power.
