Nevertheless it’s a step in the right direction. They were both doing the same thing ...protecting their property. It’s just a technicality which will be resolved. Keep in mind that they are both lawyers

Yeah I'm aware. It's a good development, but this case has a long ways to go.

it might be a step in the right direction. but what if the special prosecutor they appoint is just better at getting convictions? then it's actually a step in the wrong direction?

The key to this verdict is “initiated prosecution” for political reasons therefore if there were no political reason no prosecution would have been initiated.
