Idaho Gov Brad Little just announced he would be joining Texas and filing an amicus brief. Sorry about the somewhat misleading title, I didn't realize our AG was such a hardcore rino he would flat out refuse to join in with the governor. We are, somewhat on board though.

Today is the day that the right reaches down and finds their balls.
A ride of a lifetime will tell my grandkids we voted trump 2020
I'm sure it will happen with him stating he will be filing it. Though it COULD be lazy wording. This is Idaho though and except for a few spots we are overwhelmingly conservative. I'm surprised it's taking so long.
Separate matters entirely.
Keep in mind that a amicus brief is about as low T as you can get and still participate. Think of it like a strongly worded letter. It’s not nothing but it’s also not showing up to fight. AG Paxton explained this very well on Crowder this AM.
He’s also doing it through the Republican Party, which is pointless in terms of this suit. He’s not representing Idaho in this so much as signing on with the local GOP’s PR campaign.
Wasden is a RINO. We need real MAGA candidates here in Idaho.

Yeah read that just a bit ago, Real shame, ending his chance to keep his job next time around like this, poor guy. Clearly not bright. Shame he's in there now to hold us up though.
freedom isn't free, it costs folks like you and me
Better late than never.
Is their AG cycles? Why is it not the state themselves filing?
It seems our AG refuses to do it
