Can anyone tell me what to make of this? I know Wood is a good guy but is not liked by institutional Republicans

I am not a lawyer, and would love an expert opinion, But I trust him way more than the RINOS: He's Nick Sandmann's lawyer and he led the effort for getting Kyle out of prison. Definitely one of us.

his filing just focused on the constitutional stuff right? Didnt talk about dominion etc.?

From a quick glance, I don't see any mention of dominion. Just the constitutional aspects of the suit

Isn't that what the whole suit is based on? If you join it, it's because you are representing it's merits.

All he has to be is a damaged party to join suit. The damages aren't monetary, so there's no dilution in him joining.

He was the first to sue Raffensperger for his illegal election laws (on 11/13) it makes sense for him to join.

I give him some credit for bailing Kyle out of jail, but attaching the label of "Kyle's bail fund" to any fundraiser would have likely gotten plenty of donations.

He didn't lead the effort on Kyle. He failed Kyle, at every turn, and abandoned him for his latest lawsuit.

His personal worth is well over what Kyle's bail was, but didn't even contribute to it.

You understand that he fucked Kyle’s family out of 1.3mil?

It's an amicus curiae. It's just him saying "I support Texas' action". He's not currently involved in the suit in any other way.

He has no business joining this suit. Makes it look like a clown show.
