With the facts and law on our side, and a conservative majority, I'm almost certain that we'll win this case. The nonsensical responses of the defendant states makes me think we could get a 9-0 ruling, which would be awesome for America. Lefty justices can make some terrible decisions but, in this case, I don't think they can do that without doing severe harm to their personal legacies. I honestly hope the lefties on the SC have some integrity left in them. It would be great to be able to respond to "Trump stole the election." with "The SC ruled 9-0."

9-0

Even the lib SCOTUS members don’t want to see the court stacked.

Why wouldn't they?

If they actually care about the integrity of the court. Packing the court would be the death knell for the republic, I believe. I think we can fix the fraud and fix our broken voting systems... But if the supreme court just becomes a pawn for temporary swings in electoral outcomes, then it will crack the country apart entirely.

I think they would. It'd be an additional three Marxist judges that ensure their rulings are victorious for decades to come.

Both sides have to see the danger in this. I see your three Marxist judges and raise you 8 conservative judges in the next administration. Eventually one party rules. In this case it would be the CCP

If the court gets stacked, it's because Biden successfully cheated. After that nothing matters. Conservatives will never win anything of consequence again.

Because stacking the Supreme Court would destroy the court's credibility. Before she died, RGB stated that very clearly. The credibility of the court matters to all of the justices. Nobody gets to the Supreme Court without caring quite a bit about the legal system.

I would hope they go 9-0, simply because the responses back from the states were completely pathetic.
