With the facts and law on our side, and a conservative majority, I'm almost certain that we'll win this case. The nonsensical responses of the defendant states makes me think we could get a 9-0 ruling, which would be awesome for America. Lefty justices can make some terrible decisions but, in this case, I don't think they can do that without doing severe harm to their personal legacies. I honestly hope the lefties on the SC have some integrity left in them. It would be great to be able to respond to "Trump stole the election." with "The SC ruled 9-0."

considering how Roberts voted on Oct 26 in the 5-3 decision, which mirrors this suit, he'd have to turn himself into knots to not support Texas v Penn.
On the other hand, he's talented at doing just that...
