With the facts and law on our side, and a conservative majority, I'm almost certain that we'll win this case. The nonsensical responses of the defendant states makes me think we could get a 9-0 ruling, which would be awesome for America. Lefty justices can make some terrible decisions but, in this case, I don't think they can do that without doing severe harm to their personal legacies. I honestly hope the lefties on the SC have some integrity left in them. It would be great to be able to respond to "Trump stole the election." with "The SC ruled 9-0."

The way the Texas lawsuit is worded it really should be 9-0 if the libtards are honest.

I can't imagine what they would write in a dissenting opinion. One can't argue that discarding late votes would disenfranchise voters if the states didn't bother to verify that they were actually voters. But lefty justices have impressed me with their clown-world "logic" before.

Liberal justices have always ruled on their political beliefs, regardless of the constitution. They are hyper partisan.

The court really only has two legitimate options. It's either 9-0 because the states clearly violated their own constitutions and the federal constitution, or they refuse to take it at all and say Texas' argument on why they have standing is flawed.

If they take it and rule anything but 9-0, then the dissenters don't belong on that court. This is one of the most clear-cut constitutional violations ever put before them.
