With the facts and law on our side, and a conservative majority, I'm almost certain that we'll win this case. The nonsensical responses of the defendant states makes me think we could get a 9-0 ruling, which would be awesome for America. Lefty justices can make some terrible decisions but, in this case, I don't think they can do that without doing severe harm to their personal legacies. I honestly hope the lefties on the SC have some integrity left in them. It would be great to be able to respond to "Trump stole the election." with "The SC ruled 9-0."

Get real. Every case Trump brings to SCOTUS starts with him down 4-2. There is no chance the commie activists and the corrupt globalist Roberts will side with Trump. As just one example, If the case involving something as constitutional and precedented as adding citizenship to the census couldn't get approval then there's no chance the Texas case will get a unanimous ruling in Trump's favor.
You make a good point. That case is a good example. That decision was made when it had a chance to influence voting in this election. Choosing to dissent post election is a little different. We'll see.
