Judge says "I don't want to hear about evidence "
Appeal to higher court
Judges say, "he didn't want to hear the evidence, why should we?"
Appeal to Supreme Court
Justices say, "we can't hear your evidence because you didn't present it in previous courts. Sure, we all know the Chinese own Biden, but what can we do? You should have presented the evidence"
Maybe we do need a new system. The current one seems to allows activist judges at lower circuits to decide if the justices at the Supreme Court sees all (if any) of the evidence
Well, that is the problem with capitalism and the type of republic we have... It depends on the checks and balances to catch corruption but if 2 of the 3 branches of government are corrupt then what the fuck do ya do?? Aside from war!!! ... These checks and balances and being a fucking union with a Constitution everyone is supposed to follow is supposed to stop States from fucking having to go to war.... But here we are!!!
