I agree that it will be 6-3, that Robert's will write the decision and it will be crap. But the writings of all justices will be available and based Alito will give speeches and tell you every bit of how he feels, Thomas is always stoic and silent, the other three are too new to go ballistic but will make it clear the constitution is the law, not a recommendation

But think about this: if 7 or 8 are dead set on finding for Texas, Roberts HAS to go along.
It might blow his cover with the DS and most certainly look bad if the Chief Justice is on the 1 or 2 person wrong side of a decision this big.
