@codemonkey posted that he's part Korean; in university learned to read Chinese in their script (which very different than Korean script - Chinese is like hieroglyphics whereas Korean script is an alphabet), and that he's able to read the China published articles and their coverage of US politicians. He's evidently pulling these pictures of these governors hob-knobbing with the ChiComs out of such articles.
