Even his most fervent haters have to admit this. Who cared about politics and followed it religiously before Trump besides old boomers? Everyone is invested now. Trump knows showbiz, he knows how to get people invested in something. He’s a marketing genius. Politics will be so boring and drab without him!

Too many stupid brainwashed sheep who only believe what the MSM/Big Tech want them to, who think they're informed, now voting. That's a big problem.

You have to admit. Before Trump, politics was about as exciting as continental shift. Nothing happening, then all of a sudden a major calamity. He really shook things up since.

Paul Ryan and John Bohener were the faces of the GOP before Trump. No wonder it was boring.

Ron Paul has entered the chat.

Dr. Paul was able to muster thousands of people for a speech at UT campus in 2008 with 24 hrs notice. I know, I was there.

The energy of that movement was like the fuse that lit for Trump to take the wheel, and it was the best outcome. We've still have a long way to go though.

Keep the fight and the faith, we're doing this.

Child of boomer here.

Been following politics of several countries religiously since before I was a teenager. I may be an outlier.

I used to change the news channel when they started talking politics. It bored the crap out of me. In the last four years I think I've learned more about politics than I ever thought I'd want to know in a lifetime.

Millennial here. Started paying attention after Bush’s 2nd term. Took the red pill towards the end of that term thanks to Alex Jones

THIS IS SO TRUE (for me) I never cared about politics, didn’t understand them to the slightest... I also felt like everyone around me understood it and talked about it so much. Now, I’m finally catching on, this was my first year voting because I didn’t feel I should vote unless I understood why I was voting for that person. AND wouldn’t it be nice if everyone did the same? They didn’t vote unless they’ve done research on politics and not just watched a bias news station or just vote for someone because their mom or friends likes that someone.

Not a boomer. Ron Paul was my redpill. Try to remember that some of us have been fighting this disinformation war for a while now. But of course Trump is the one who broke through on a massive scale to actually turn the tide in this country.

I still hate politics. Especially talking about it where I live. I have been pushed to the point that I have no choice but to address it. Now I have officially lost friends because I refuse to side with them.

Trump's legacy will be that he finally opened people's eyes to the systemic corruption within the government and media at all levels.

Trump is when the light comes on in the night club and you see who you've been dancing with all night. Then your buzz wears off...

eh, i was mostly into politics to see who the scumbags were. i think i enjoyed shitting on bushju as much as barry0. what Trump did for me is make me believe that America was worth fighting for by opening my eyes to the fact that a true silent majority actually existed.

I think for the world (im an aussie) when a non political person took a world stage it allowed non political people to do the same.

It was like an invitation to the arena. I didn't care for American politics til he was there. I feel like ive increased my care in my own countrys politics as well.
