As an engineer, let me explain to you the SI units.
Using the metric system GREATLY reduces complexity in calculations and increases efficiency. It is perfectly fine for the United States to continue to use the Imperial System for day to day measurements, but it's entirely debilitating for engineering and science.
There is no enormous leap from moving to imperial units to the metric system for a technical person, but technical people don't use the imperial units because of conversion constants which are eliminated in metric units. The SI (metric) system was purposely designed to simplify mathematics by eliminating conversion constants. It DRASTICALLY reduces complexity.
So we're sticking with it, you are free to have a pint of beer, even if we are drinking (approximately) 1/2 liter. We get a little more anyhow.
And at least you didn’t do anything really wrong, like putting the money sign after the money amount - that’s a dead giveaway of a chinese spy, and just weird and lame, to boot.
because maybe the person posting this used an image of "alaska compared to US" they found online and thought you all would surely understand it that way as well ;) I know I wouldn't bother editing it to miles.
It pisses me off to no end that they keep falsely claiming that our side is trying to "invalidate votes". THEY invalidated votes and disenfranchised not just their own voters but those in other states by attempting to circumvent the Constitution.
They allowed, assisted and encouraged their citizens to submit illegitimate ballots, in full knowledge of what they were doing.
I have full blown ravaged their inboxes and answering services. I am sure they want to deport me from the State with the things I have said on both. Might have feds on my doorstep before long...please tell my wife, to keep our Pitties safe, and I love her.
I suggest doing it anyway.
An amicus brief is better than nothing but it’s little more than a strongly worded letter.
Aside from that, knocking on doors might help to develop connections that will be useful in the battles to come. Even if the TX case wins, this is far from over.
We didn't join Texas but filed an Amicus Brief in support of them I guess. Supposedly they didn't get word of it in time.
I emailed but due to the AK AG having the last name of Sniffen I assumed he'd be in the other camp. Wish they'd have joined but at least they signed on in support...
Thank you to everyone who helped call our states staff!!!
Very well done, all.
WHY THE FUCK IS THIS IN KILOMETERS?!?!?!?
I just about vomited when I saw it wasn't in freedom units. China got to TDW D:
You guys are just Southern Canada now
Lol...the Imperial system was invented by the British empire

Kilometers is a made up language in ny world.
This is America. Measure in Merican!
Cheeseburgers!
Had a double today fer lunch.
Laughs in bald eagle
I thought the only thing the US measured in mm was bullets
Hunter measures his penis with mm's.
And track and field. But that's it.
Our military hasn't decisively won a war since they switched to metric.
Just sayin'
And How many klicks to the target?

Look, I picked the pic quickly trying to get the news out. Thank you for my first sticky!!!
No worries at all! Great news, indeed.

I don't think Texas has really ever gotten over not being the biggest state anymore.

But that doesn't mean you shouldn't DESTROY their inboxes and MURDER their voicemail.
Probably some Jackhole, WY billionaire-bought influence.
Sauce a roo?
Really? Damn, and I just roasted them. That is fantastic news now I won't need to yell at my relatives there.
Yay for potatoes!

That is disgusting. He will pay for that betrayal. The Pedowood degenerates in the state won't save him.
He's doubling down on stupid. Executive and State Judicial Branch Branch Tyranny TRUMPS the CONSTITUTION!
I have full blown ravaged their inboxes and answering services. I am sure they want to deport me from the State with the things I have said on both. Might have feds on my doorstep before long...please tell my wife, to keep our Pitties safe, and I love her.
There's a saying about that kind of stance. Something about middle of roads and... No, I recall it now. It goes "Get bent, you spineless bastards".
About fuckin time. I was getting sick of calling and emailing.
Yes never let up!
THANK YOU FOR TAKING OUR CALLS GRACIOUSLY, TIFFANY AT THE ALASKA AG'S OFFICE!
Same but not really. Never give up, never give in
Oh I wouldn’t. Next step was showing up and knocking on doors.
I feel you there

Buwahahahahahaha
Let's pour out a forty for everyone with a "difficult" name!
Here's to you, Mr. Woodcock!
What the fuck is going on up there? How do they communicate, by raven? First the election results, and now this.
Sled dog
Thank you.... we’re living in the greatest time line ever.
Keeps getting better and better, too.
Amazing work on this graphic. SIZE MATTERS!
