Why is OH black? Neutral? Also, I thought ID finally came out in support and Montana against? I would note PA and GA legislatures came out in support too. Maybe black as well?

OH is black as they came out in support of neither. ID legislators have come out, but the state hasn't formally announced anything to my knowledge

One thing I wish these ass-hats would understand/accept is this lawsuit was not and is not intended to "overturn" the election for "political convenience", but out of following the laws. Due to the massive irregularities and tom-fuckery the results of the popular vote cannot be trusted. The request is to have the states legislatures follow their constitutional duties and appoint electors because of that:

This Court should grant leave to file the complaint and, ultimately, enjoin the use of unlawful election results without review and ratification by the Defendant States’ legislatures and remand to the Defendant States’ respective legislatures to appoint Presidential Electors in a manner consistent with the Electors Clause and pursuant to 3 U.S.C. § 2.

And the REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE justification:

I pledged to uphold and protect both the Idaho and U.S. constitutions

Well if Pennsylvania decides to ignore the constitution and you're letting them... that's not you "upholding and protecting" it now is it?

And REEEEEEEEEEEEEEE:

...the legally correct decision may not be the politically convenient decision.

This suit is "the legally correct decision"... strike the untrustable and illegal popular vote(s) and have the legislators perform their obligatory duties per the US Constitution as they swore they would.

Also, if:

I strive to protect the State of Idaho's legal interests

What happens if this sham of an election is allowed to proceed? You really think it will be "fair" going forward? What's to stop the crazy left from unilaterally deciding Idaho is no longer a state?

How the fuck did this guy pass the Bar?

Best guess (and hopefully) is they're writing their own briefs in support.
