If the Supreme Court were to come to a decision that directed each of the four state's legislatures to decertify and investigate the election fraud thoroughly and transparently before recertifying, I think the country could live with that.

They would of course have to be directed to erase any votes that were counted under the fancy new Zuckerberg last minute election laws and throw out any votes that have been proven to be fraudulent via signature and ballot audits. Both sides would be able to clearly see proof of either winning or losing.

If that happened I think we could walk away from this as a united country with only some majorly hurt butts on the Dem side, but it may be better than just throwing out all of the votes.

In the end it would have the same result that DJT/MAGA want and it is really the common sense solution because throwing out the fraudulent and law/rule breaking votes should have been done on Nov 4th with no lawsuits.

Another solution would be to cut off any votes counted after 12pm on November 3rd which would lead to a very red country if that was then applied across the board.

And let the traitors just get away with trying to steal an election?

The fraud would network would come out in the investigations and the guilty parties would pay. My fear is that if they just nullify all the votes, the fraud will get swept under the rug until this happens again.

Use the 9-0 Foster v Love decision from 1997. Throw out all the late votes (since Trump was ahead by insurmountable amounts without cheating).

They should just allow for a contingent election by the House. This way its not focused on 4 very vulnerable states who could be threatened. Spread out the risk, let the Congress decide.

Just tell the 4 they can not send any electors because their elections were unconstitutional. On the 14th no one gets 270 votes and the Congress decides.

They will nullify the illegal votes but throw the race over to the house (thats always been the plan)

The Dems wanted this for Biden if he could cheat to win (Hillary saying Joe can't concede ever)

But then RBG's untimely death happened and the Dems shit it, thats why they fought so hard against ACB (despite only 4 years before ardently arguing the opposite to Fill the seat)

And with ACB's appointment Trump had all bases covered, and a plan was set in motion

It seemed like they didn't fight ACB all that hard though? Or, did it just look soft compared to this entire year, lol.

Didn't fight all that hard???

They still tried to accuse her of being a rapist and claimed she was racist because she adopted two black kids, while tearing into her religion!!!

It's not that they didn't go hard, they couldn't because ACB is a damn fine pick with impeccable qualifications... Yet still they tried

The whole scotus case isn't about fraud though.

The voting law changes created the ability for widespread fraud which is why they’ll always be tied together. The case argues that last minute rule changes are the main issue but explains that they led to fraud/exploits and it gives examples.

You trust these states that already certified their fraud to just do it honestly because SCOTUS tells them to?

Any decision that does not secure Trump's second term marks, with the runaway success based solely on the legal ballots, marks the end of free elections in the US and the end of the Republic, and, frankly, the world. Everyone is tied in to our economy. There will be a 1000 years of strife, starvation and slavery just like what happened when Rome fell.
