Texas has sued the 4 states, PA, WI, MI, GA. Republican states and Trump as candidate have joined with Texas. Democratic states filed to join against.

The main argument is that these states did not follow the election laws set by their own state legislators, which violates both their own constitution and the US Constitution. Election rules were changed by officials and judges with no authority to do so. Cases where states sue each other go directly to the Supreme Court. This case requires no proof that fraud occurred to be successful.
