I think.... Texas (plus friends) think 4 swing states did no follow the rules established by the legislature. The constitution requires the legislature to decide how to select electors. Since judges and bureaucrats changed the rules all or some of the votes should not be counted. This would either change the results for some states or make the elections invalid since the rules of the legislature were not followed. The logical remedy is to let the state legislatures select the electors directly (presumably a popular vote of state legislatures). If the States fail to send electors and neither Trump or Biden get 270 electors then the House of representatives will have to decide.

Ultimately Texas (and friends) want SCOTUS to say "PA, MI, WI, GA... you failed to follow the voting laws your legislatures set forth, this means your election results are not the will of the people and you have to clean up your mess or don't send electors.

Ultimately the solution is a guerrilla war resulting in the deep state hiding in Europe living off the trillions of dollars they stole from the Tax payers.
