If what he says on the streams is anything to go by, very few are taking his advice though.

This goes for both the Trump-team and the Wood/Powell team.

Pretty sure this TX lawsuit was the plan all along because they couldn't have just written it up and dropped it the night before the PA ruling out of nowhere.

Very true. Redpill: Yes, like The PATRIOT ACT, and invade AF Act, it was the plan AND ALSO written up BEFOREHAND, including getting all the political backchannel pieces/messaging in line, by those exact people who Pedes complain about: Swamp, deepstate, etc. It's a Trojan Horse, and PayDay Loan.

Trump said a month ago he wanted to do a "big beautiful lawsuit against all the states" but lawyers told him he won't have standing.

The WIN WIN Plan doesn't require standing, nor realistically allow SCOTUS refusal, and doesn't require or allow "legislating for the bench" aka selling out our Constitution.

The WIN WIN Plan makes the 92page Texas lawsuit moot and completely irrelevant. Whereas if adopt the Texas lawsuit, the WIN WIN Plan would STILL have legal merrit/standing, because the Texas lawsuit doesn't resolve the WIN WIN Plans legal challenges.

The WIN WIN Plan:

LONG LIVE OUR REPUBLIC!

There is still time for State Legislators to do their Constitutional duty.

With the Fraud, means all the States that cheated/frauded) will lose 25-50% of it's House Seats for this next decade (2022-232) during reapportionment from this US Census; as per 14th Amend, Section 2.

When did he say that he was working with Trump? The way I interpret him on his stream is that he has given input/,made suggestions to both the Trump-team and the Wood/Powell-team, but they don't seem to listen follow the advice.

One such example is the advice that Powell/Wood should step back from leaders of their lawsuits and allow lawyers that specialize in election-law, and knew the courts int the various states to front it.

I haven't heard anything about Wood or Powell for awhile. They seem to have dropped off the face of the earth. Maybe they're preparing something, or I think more likely they've used up all the free publicity they can get

Qweerty2 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah, from what Barnes has said, they (perhaps intentionally) screwed up their lawsuits.

" secretly helping the President " : means doing livestreams with a Canadian lawyer.

They are fantastic conversations, and that's not the limit of his involvement by a long shot

Kids don't learn too much about the CONSTITUTION these days because they are told it is a living, breathing document that says whatever the left narrative is. Since that changes from moment to moment, it is irrelevant.

You forgot to add, "According to anonymous sources". Do that and you will make a fine journalist.

He may have just looked him up on google and the wapo link came up. Could be an honest mistake.

1
Liberty_Prime 1 point ago +2 / -1

My apologies.

It was a DIFFERENT Constitutional legal expert with the exact same name.

Mistake.

1
mrdaqist 1 point ago +1 / -0

The Robert Barnes from washington post is a reporter not a lawyer or constitutional expert.

2
Liberty_Prime 2 points ago +2 / -0

He covers the Supreme Court, so Wapo says he is.

But Wapo is trash.

The_General_Patton -8 points ago +2 / -10
