I haven't heard anything about Wood or Powell for awhile. They seem to have dropped off the face of the earth. Maybe they're preparing something, or I think more likely they've used up all the free publicity they can get

Yeah, from what Barnes has said, they (perhaps intentionally) screwed up their lawsuits.
