Is there anywhere I can see the reported ballot counts for states that is broken down chronology? As in, the count every minute or hourly or anything like that that covers say up over several days from Nov. 3rd on.

I'm asking cause I just read a "debunking" of the claim that "even if a hundred thousand ballots in Wisconsin were backdated by the USPS, they couldn't have been included in the counting as Wisconsin was pretty much done counting early morning on the 4th. I have, so far, been unable to track down the ballot counts reported at that time to factcheck the debunking.

Thanks in advance to any help with this.
