They can hear the case, they can have the states electors place their votes. They can vote the same way their state did. I am hoping for as good as gold. I wont hold my breath though. This has been a crazy four years, the next 4 days will be even crazier.
If their electors vote the same as their state fraudently did the Republican majority will never be re-elected in those states. If the SCOTUS rules to throw it back to the states it will be admitting their was massive fraud making the election results invalid in those states.
