You're not in court. The Constitution prevents the government from violating your rights. It doesn't prevent people from curating private forums. Most people don't like the ProtocolFags, and the site rules reflect that. Your appeal to the Constitution is entirely external to the issue at hand.

I'm just saying because you just brought up a constitutional concept in qualifying your use of the deport button. Constitutional liberties can be exercised outside the scope of civics, but they can only be violated within that scope. I don't have to consider the Constitution when I don't let you stay for dinner after you insult my wife, for example.
