They can reconvene at any time and anywhere in the state to conduct business as long as they have quorum.

What everyone is missing though is that they won't. The PA GOP has always been a failure. They do just enough to get re-elected and rely on rural PA to keep them in control of both chambers, but always fail when it comes time to do the important things.
