NEED I SAY MORE?? "https://ballotpedia.org/New_Mexico_State_Legislature The New Mexico Legislature is the legislative branch of New Mexico. It is a bicameral body made up of the New Mexico House of Representatives and the New Mexico Senate. The legislature consists of 70 representatives and 42 senators. Senators are elected to four-year terms and representatives are elected to two-year terms.

New Mexico has a Democratic state government trifecta.

ONLY CRIMINALS WANT ""ALL VOTES COUNTED""....SERIOUSLY, ONLY CRIMINALS.....

Well, that is the word on the street. BUT, I'm gonna bet that lots of the Crooked Agents will be outed and investigated, probably some time after the 18th. Those that Do Not participate in the election Investigations will probably be the first to get investigated.

As for the DOJ, their Job is to Arrest, not Investigate. They should be preparing for info to arrive from the FBI.

Trump gave them 45 days from Nov. 3rd, in his EO on Foreign Election Interventions. That is Dec. 18th.

IF neither of them is doing their Jobs, then Trump HAS TO, use the U.S. Military. I hope it doesn't come to that.

I'm 100% convinced this is 100% wrong. There is too much proof of past govs being corrupt as hell. Why should it be any different with this one?

I talked to lots of my people back home, and they were ALL for Trump. Even many of my Democrat Cousins and Friends and other family that have always been hard core Democrats.....

I think this shit goes back at least 16 years, but wouldn't be surprised if it went all the way back to the Mass Murderer Clinton Election....

if true, then the New Mex. Sheriffs need to take down the Criminals, across the entire State. Either way, after all the election Laws are observed by SCOTUS, and Trump is verified, I'm writing him a letter to do a full 100% investigation into the Criminality of the Three Families that run New Mexico, because I believe they are directly connected to the Mexican Mafias.

Citizens ought to rise up against tyranny

Ok. So How do we dig out three Crime Families, and all their Criminal connections, without the help of Sheriffs, APD, SFPD, and NM Investigations Bureau(State Police), and without the U.S. Marshals, at a minimum?

Just like we have Good Cops mixed in with Bad cops, I'm sure we have Bad Agents mixed in with Good Agents. BUT, we do have our own State Militia, IF we can get them off their asses, and IF we can get the SUPPORT of the common folk.

It's not just a rise up thing. It takes one hell of a lot of Investigation first. But, I am leaning one hell of a lot toward your side, a little more each day.

Without resources, you can't do a precise expulsion. If it takes rising up it will be a messy affair like using a butchers cleaver to remove a gangrenous limb - it's not pretty but it's better than the alternative.

True. Yet, I think that currently, patience is needed for just a little bit longer. I think they seriously jacked themselves up this time. I think they laid a trap, then walked into the trap and sprung it on themselves.

Besides that, I have seen at least three Laws on the books that tell them that there is ONLY 1 Day, when they can hold the Election. None of them say 1 Day and Extra time. Nor 1 Day plus count until all votes....

It says, and I understand, 1 day ONLY, and that day ends at midnight. I'm betting Alb and SF were still counting long after Midnight, and vbiolated those laws too....

Waiting is sometimes necessary but waiting is also what got us into this exact situation. Acceptance and waiting.

I only hope that SCOTUS is two steps ahead and looks at these previous rulings when making this ruling.

Question: How is Foster v. Love controlling with regard to Presidential Elections that are completed after Election Day?

The opinion says the following about presidential elections:

[The] congressional rule adopted under the Elections Clause (and its counterpart for the Executive Branch, Art. II, § 1, cl. 3) sets the date of the biennial election for federal offices, as “[t]he Tuesday next after the 1st Monday in November… This provision, along with 2 U. S. C. § 1

(setting the same rule for electing Senators under the Seventeenth Amendment) and 3 U. S. C. § 1 (doing the same for selecting Presidential electors), mandates holding all elections for Congress and the Presidency on a single day throughout the Union.”

If an election is consummated after Election Day, this also violates the statute, and such behavior, along with State legislation that encourages it, is preempted by 3 U.S.C. § 1.

AND

Congressional Globe, 28th Cong., 2d Sess., at 14, December 9, 1844 (Mr. Duncan)), where both the “intention”, and the “object, of the bill were stated:

“The first section of his bill simply declared what its intention was—that, from and after the passage of this act, all regular stated elections for the choice of electors of President and Vice President of the United States shall be held on the same day, and on one single day, in all the States of the Union.”

“The object of the bill was to prevent frauds at the ballot box as in 1840; but such frauds could not occur in South Carolina, for she elected her electors by her legislature; consequently there was no chance for pipelaying.”

AND

DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL COMMITTEE, et al. v. WISCONSIN STATE LEGISLATURE, et al. October 26, 2020 The Constitution provides that state legislatures—not federal judges, not state judges, not state governors, not other state officials—bear primary responsibility for setting election rules. Art. I, §4, cl. 1.

To state the obvious, a State cannot conduct an election without deadlines. It follows that the right to vote is not substantially burdened by a requirement that voters “act in a timely fashion if they wish to express their views in the voting booth.” Burdick, 504 U. S., at 438. For the same reason, the right to vote is not substantially burdened by a requirement that voters act in a timely fashion if they wish to cast an absentee ballot. Either way, voters need to vote on time. A deadline is not unconstitutional merely because of voters’ “own failure to take timely steps” to ensure their franchise. Rosario v. Rockefeller, 410 U. S. 752, 758 (1973).

For important reasons, most States, including Wisconsin, require absentee ballots to be received by election day, not just mailed by election day. Those States want to avoid the chaos and suspicions of impropriety that can ensue if thousands of absentee ballots flow in after election day and potentially flip the results of an election. And those States also want to be able to definitively announce the results of the election on election night, or as soon as possible thereafter.

/// Seriously, it's completely obvious to me, not sure why it isn't obvious to any State AG or legislator or Guv'nr.....
