He said the kids who get PTSD are the ones who didn't internalize the training, so when you're under fire your brain freezes up and you break down, instead of the training kicking in and the soldier just acting on the training.
I'm tired of these people with pre-existing conditions expecting the world to cater to them. If you are that scared stay home.
