What he's fighting is 10000x harder than what Washington did. They had control of America many moons before th British even knew about it (no internet/phones).

Trump? He has enemies through all the government and other country government. Traitor in the midst is the worst

If I could wave my hand and have things happen, one of them would be Trump replacing Hamilton on the $10 bill.

Seems fitting. Trump (formerly of beauty pageant ownership fame, married to a supermodel) is himself a perfect 10 as a president, that's for damn sure :)

Hamilton was the original Swamp Rat. He abused his Treasury Secretary position to enrich his cronies by screwing impoverished vets. The soldiers had been forced by hard times to sell their promissory notes at app. 20% of their value, and investors snapped them up. He then bought them back from the investors at their original value. He's the Patron Saint of our Wall Street predators.

Yeah but he didnt have fuckin cia, the justice department, fbi, police, military going rogue on him.

It also took the British quite some time before they invaded the US so had time to prepare. It took some tile for the news to reach England, then to assemble the army and send them to the US.

Trump? Comes into a government where everyone is out to get him

It also took the British quite some time before they invaded the US so had time to prepare. It took some tile for the news to reach England, then to assemble the army and send them to the US.

With all due respect, not really (I'm not trying to be a dick or pull a "iamverysmart." I'm just a mere historian whose research is specifically on early American history, particularly the origins of the revolution, and the years 1763-1789).

So, troops were already here in vast numbers. They never left after the French and Indian/7 years war, which Washington himself was a part of (fighting for the redcoats. In fact, him not gaining the commission in the British army he felt he deserved is a major reason he became a revolutionary, and not a loyalist, in the first place). Before we even signed the declaration of independence in 1776, we were already fighting skirmishes with the British army in many areas of the colonies, especially Boston which was already occupied by the British army before the war broke out. The first battles at Lexington and Concord also occurred before any official declaration of independence or war, in 1775. And when July 4, 1776 did come around, the timeline looks something like this:

  • July 2: Continental Congress votes for independence.

  • July 4: Congress adopts the declaration and it's sent to the printer.

  • Washington is not there to sign — he receives notification via a letter from John Hancock, dated 7/6, along w/ a copy of the declaration.

  • July 9: Washington orders thousands of Continental soldiers, who'd just marched to lower Manhattan, to hear the declaration read aloud.

  • Early August, delegates begin to sign the Declaration of Independence.

  • From this time, until late August, multiple small skirmishes break out across the colonies against (British-allied) Indians (cherokee, etc), and even against British battalions (sometimes disguised as natives).

  • August 27 (only a few weeks after signing of declaration), Washington loses the first major battle, the Battle of Long Island, and Washington and his army successfully retreat.

^^ That was the first major battle, and it wasn't against British troops that had just arrived. These were redcoats that had long been in the colonies. News of independence reached Britain around August 10, and to them, it wasn't even seen as a big deal, but more as "another annoyance," in a chain of "annoying letters from those pesky colonists and rabble." But it was around the time of Washington's first battle that the King ordered more troops to the colonies. But I guess the point is, it wasn't like they had to wait for this, the war was underway, and in many respects, had been long before any official declaration anyway, and British troops had been in the colonies, well-versed with the land, and already having strong and lasting relationships with many natives that had been forged during the French and Indian War.

I guess the point is... it wasn't exactly like they had to assemble an army and then invade the colonies. They were already here. In many ways, it's EXACTLY like what Trump is dealing with. The British WERE our government at that time. And the colonists WERE British, with many of them remaining loyal. Even revolutionaries stilll considered themselves British, and actually loved their British identity, admired the English Bill of Rights, but felt that it was no longer being applied to them. THat they'd been wronged by their government (who they actually saw as being the best and freest in the world... but again, that they were no longer affording them those same rights as British subjects that they deserved, and thus sought independence). In many ways, the Revolution really was a Civil War, and many historians actually do view it that way, and that it was less of a revolution, and more a war of conservation, to preserve what had already been built before the British overstepped their bounds, stopped applying the same rights to colonists (as British subjects/citizens), leading to a view of being taxed without representation (among other violations of rights, i.e quartering act, etc)

Apologies, wrote this quick without proofing while at work, but hopefully it gives a decent kind of cursory outline of things

12
MAGAPapa2020 12 points ago +12 / -0

Washington had to deal with disloyalty too.

1776 New York City conspiracy

In April 1776, after the conclusion of the Boston campaign, General Washington and the Continental Army marched to New York City and prepared for an anticipated assault on the city by the British Army. The Royal Governor of New York, William Tryon, had been driven out of the city by revolutionary forces and was compelled to seek refuge on a ship in New York Harbor. Nevertheless, the city had many Loyalist residents who favored the British side.

Thomas Hickey was a private in the Commander-in-Chief's Guard, a unit formed on March 12, 1776, to protect George Washington, his official papers, and the Continental Army's cash. That spring, Hickey and another soldier were arrested for passing counterfeit money. While incarcerated in Bridewell prison, Hickey revealed to another prisoner, Isaac Ketchum, that he was part of a wider conspiracy of soldiers who were prepared to defect to the British once the expected invasion came.

Arrested by civilian authorities, Hickey was turned over to the Continental Army for trial. He was court-martialed and found guilty of mutiny and sedition. He was hanged on June 28, 1776, at the corner of Chrystie and Grand Streets before a crowd of 20,000 spectators in New York. Hickey was the only person put on trial for the conspiracy. During the trial, David Mathews, the Mayor of New York City and a Loyalist, was accused of funding the operation to bribe soldiers to join the British. Although the charge was never proven, Mathews and 12 others were briefly imprisoned. The initial plan was alleged to include plans to kidnap Washington, assassinate his officers, and blow up the Continental Army's ammunition magazines. These rumors greatly damaged the reputation of Loyalists throughout the nascent United States.

I would argue that the internet benefits Trump side MUCH more than it benefits the deep state side. Even with all the censorship that is going on today, the common American has access to MUCH more information than ever before and because of this it is impossible for evil to escape the light of day.

The truth is that we may never have had President Trump in the first place if it wasn't for Twitter.

13
D0NNIE_DARK0 13 points ago +13 / -0

The learning curve this year has been pretty steep. I know way more about the electoral process than I ever learned in school.

5
Futuramawe 5 points ago +5 / -0 (edited)

Remember that the reason Twitter, Facebook and YouTube have armies of content censors, and army of algorithm engineers, is because the censorship they wish to achieve is actually VERY difficult to accomplish.

Back when all they had was TV, it was much easier to censor cause there were so few sources of information.

5
D0NNIE_DARK0 5 points ago +5 / -0

This is true and why they are outsourcing these thing to Chy-na as well. I can’t wait for some consequences though.

Even with traditional news media we had less and less options because they were being gobbled up by the same 4-6 companies. Thank God for the Internet!

8
DannyCanusa 8 points ago +8 / -0

I agree. The most recent 2 honest people that ran for office were Ron Paul and Ross Perot. Ron Paul had some great ideas, but he didn't have the fight in him that Trump has. He also didn't have the $$ to counter all the bad press he would have had to endure. If you recall, the media pretty much just ignored him.

With Ross Perot, the internet wasn't around. As soon as the press started to turn on him, there wasn't a whole lot he could do to get his side out. To get his message across, he had to go through the media. Had Perot ran in 2016, I think he would have been a lot more successful. Too bad one of them wasn't younger so they could serve back to back.

7
Futuramawe 7 points ago +7 / -0

Perot and Trump are very similar. As much as I love Ron Paul I think that even today he'd get crushed by the deep state if he tried to run. He's a brilliant, rational mind but he's not tough enough to deal with evil that great.

Also the Whiskey Rebellion. Rebellion meaning making whiskey and not paying the state for the privilege. A lot of those men served in the Revolution under Washington. They fought for freedom only to have it immediately taken away by the man they trusted most. Washington also earned the nickname "town burner" when he served under the British in the Ohio River Valley. He liked burning up their homes and supplies in the dead of winter, deliberately targeting women and children.

In other words Trump > Washington.

Judge Jesus on His words and deeds, not on some people who claim to be Christians and aren't. No one except Jesus is perfect. True Christians are being changed by the Holy Spirit. "And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image. "Galatians. What has Jesus done? "The Son radiates God’s own glory and expresses the very character of God, and he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command. When he had cleansed us from our sins, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven." Hebrews. Jesus is Son of Man(100% man) AND Son of God(100% God) As such, He was able to lead a sinless life AND physically die for our sins. He is the propitiation for our sins. God's provision to restore right relationship with us hinged on the work of Jesus (His sacrifice by death). God is sinless, man sins. Everyone has sinned. They cannot co-exist. So God planned the intervention to restore us to Him. Jesus took the penalty for our sins, but not that only, He also JUSTIFIES us (as if we never sinned) to God and brings us into right relationship with God. It is ALL about restoring us to right relationship. God desires a relationship we us. If we believe and ask Him into our heart and life, Jesus will. Then we are with God. "But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God." John. To be a child of God is beyond words to describe. Think about praying this: Jesus, I believe You died for me. Forgive my sins. Come into my heart and life and be my God. Surround me with Your Holy Spirit AMen.

More of a "King David" figure, really.

1
SimplePede 1 point ago +1 / -0 (edited)

David was awful.

God explicitly told thr Israelites that if they wanted a king like the other countries around them, they would each be progressively worse and would each take the country one step further towards judgement. Each would be worse than the other. God's promise.

Say what you want about Saul, look at David's household: the first and rightful son was taken by God. The second son Absalom raped and killed concubines. The third son Solomon rejected all wisdom taught by his dad and against everything he himself preached.

Sounds like a real bang-up father figure. And if a king doesn't have his own household in order, how's he going to have a kingdom in order? Look at Biden

InterestingThings 6 points ago +7 / -1 (edited)

To be Christ-like is to carry your own cross. Trump is carrying an immense cross. I’m willing to bet that the vast majority of people who would dare to invoke such authoritative claims could not define “Christ like” outside of shallow puritanical claims. Even Christ experienced fury and aggressively broke a ton of shit, flipping tables and raging in the temple while subverting the political system of the time, hanging out with the non-puritans, declaring that he came TO BRING A SWORD, NOT PEACE, TO TURN FAMILY ON ONE ANOTHER.

None of us know how God regards Donald Trump. And none of us knows entirely what sins Trump has committed. But if someone considers “Christ like” to be without sin, then all of us are very far from “Christ like”. If someone understands grace, forgiveness, and mercy, then it’s not hard to accept that we are all made in His image. To be theologically clear, the Holy Spirit has filled us, and God regards us as his children, along with his Son who demonstrated how one carries their own cross in the ultimate manner—unto death.

Get out of here with the self-righteous and unnecessary divisiveness. Take the plank out of your own eye. To declare what is and is not Christ-like with confidence will forever be the hallmark of a charlatan and Pharisee.

God bless, Donald Trump.

Meh we don't have enough troops stationed outside the US for this to be a real problem. We have a large military. Sure we spread out. But by and large a lot of our power is here. And tbh just ask the President of China why America is as scary as we have been for the last couple centuries. And it is because we hardly need a military to defend ourselves when we in fact are our own military. We have enough guns to arm a military bigger than anyone in the World minus China.

tufftoffee 7 points ago +7 / -0

I'm not 100% sure but it seems like people in power in our Country who have dual citizenship seem to always have it with the US and one other country...

7
OrdinaryFellow 7 points ago +7 / -0

I tell ya, those Belgian Americans are up to no good

5
MichiganMAGAMan 5 points ago +5 / -0

So weird. The coincidences really start adding up when you have a large enough attention span to follow paper trails. Because for some reason those trails always lead to 2 different places. Chyna, and another group that is unmentionable apparently. Wish more people would just do a bit of basic research.

1
18-to-life 1 point ago +1 / -0

I’ve seen this sentiment before and researched it, and it’s not true unless one blindly accepts falsehoods like a Leftist.

Which people in our government have dual citizenship, exactly? You don’t even have to say what the other country is, but I would like to see a source.

He is saying this because the Senate is going to pass 90-10 the bullshit NDAA defense bill that will ban all troop withdrawals for the next fiscal year and also will mandate renaming 14 military bases after Confederate generals.

They will override his veto. Passed with 335 yes votes in the House earlier this week.

As I commented above -- I'm pretty sure he can just refuse to sign it, right? At least for a certain period of time. If the troops are all home by January, and he hasn't signed it yet, and only vetoes it then (or if it expires when the new Congress is sworn it?)... they can't override a veto until after he actually vetoes it, and if the troops are already home by then, then... what are they gunna do?

9
Minarchist_Manlet 9 points ago +9 / -0

The ol' pocket withdrawal. Good idea.

4
Forte 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yeah, a pocket veto. I think that's 30 days of no action and then it's considered vetoed and Congress could move to override. But, that will be the new Congress at that point, so it may be possible (though unlikely) that they would not have enough votes for an override.

Yeah well when you have garbage parents, and then a liberal cuck professor raising your kids 8-10 hours a day this is the result. The media brainwashing is one thing. But it started with education. And the deep state globalist fucks actually did a really good job with their social engineering project.

Europe is much further ahead than us of course. Same with Canada. Thank god Trump surprised them by beating Hillary. Can't imagine how much further along the brainwashing would be had she won like they intended her to.

Everything happening, including peace deals and global changes are biblical. Makes no sense to be a witness that God is 100% correct and still disbelieve. Even Trump knows Jesus is the boss, he has centurion faith (Mathew 8:5-13). I 100% support what Trump is fighting against 100%, but Trump is a small time foreshadow of what will happen when Jesus returns to take on the entire united planet united against God. If you believe in what's happening now, believe in the coming kingdom.

Welcome, important to encourage the brethren. Unfortunately some Pedes only see the short term victory but don't yet see the much larger victory coming ahead. Perhaps one day they will. Some are already seeing God at work for the first time and beginning to believe. How can one man stand against the world? Only God. God has always worked this way, prefers the numbers stacked against Him for glory sake.

"Yahweh said to Gideon, "The people who are with you are too many for me to give the Midianites into their hand, lest Israel vaunt themselves against me, saying, 'My own hand has saved me.'" (God proceeded to wittle down the troops to just 300 against 120,000) - Judges 7:2

Funny how things never change.

Even God dealt with doomers:

"When the angel of the LORD appeared to Gideon, he said, "The LORD is with you, mighty warrior." "But sir," Gideon replied, "if the LORD is with us, why has all this happened to us? Where are all his wonders that our fathers told us about when they said, `Did not the LORD bring us up out of Egypt?' But now the LORD has abandoned us and put us into the hand of Midian." The LORD turned to him and said, "Go in the strength you have and save Israel out of Midian's hand. Am I not sending you?" "But Lord," Gideon asked, "how can I save Israel? My clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my family."" - Judges 6:12-15

Keep the faith Pede

We’re certain it was developed in China and released upon the world. The most plausible explanation is their sloppy safety practices. As Unless you have access to their internal communications I’m not sure we’ll be able to prove it was an orchestrated effort to destabilize the US and West to install Biden as the Chinese puppet. However, involuntary manslaughter is still manslaughter so once the presidency is secured the best steps to weaken China can be implemented, with support from the world impacted by their actions.

Q

IMMORTAN_TRUMP 15 points ago +22 / -7

IS A LARP INFO WARS DOT COM

2
MAGAMAN300 2 points ago +4 / -2

A Larp that very intelligent people with more power than your average American take very seriously. Also a "LARP" that the CIA won't answer questions about and say it's classified. Also a LARP that the HOUSE democrats and Senate Democrats are condemning and demanding the DHS tell them who Q Anon is.

My question will always be why are the Democrats scared of a "LARP" and have zero fear of 75 million voters?? They have no issue with giving all 75 million of us the middle finger and telling us to fuck off. but this Q anon stuff freaks them out.

Oh why is it that intelligence agencies in the EU are scared of Q anon.. Calling it very dangerous to their country?? Why did Chuck Schumer say "Qanon is a THREAT TO OUR DEMOCARY"? Schumer didn't say TheDonald.Win is a threat to our democracy, he didn't say MAGA supporters are a threat . He said Q ANON.

The more you research the more sounds like those who call Q a "LARP" start sound like they're SHLLING or people in the alternative media community who have a huge ego problem and can't accept the fact that there is some information they aren't allowed to know. Which there is a lot who think they have a right to know everything which National Security laws and classified information says differently.
