Meh we don't have enough troops stationed outside the US for this to be a real problem. We have a large military. Sure we spread out. But by and large a lot of our power is here. And tbh just ask the President of China why America is as scary as we have been for the last couple centuries. And it is because we hardly need a military to defend ourselves when we in fact are our own military. We have enough guns to arm a military bigger than anyone in the World minus China.
