Fucking glow bois. They have been waiting to use some BS to stop these guys for years. They think Don is out so now they make their move. This company and others like it sold probably hundreds of thousands of these 80% lowers and glock frames. They will get bogged down in court even though they didn’t break the manufacture laws by definition. 3D printers next for “constructive intent”?
Mods, this probably needs a sticky and we should remind people of what the laws are on these firearms. They are completely legal to possess and build.
"The raid target, Nevada-based Polymer80, is suspected of illegally manufacturing and distributing firearms, failing to pay taxes, shipping guns across state lines and failing to conduct background investigations, according to an application for a search warrant unsealed Thursday after the raid took place."
Yeah like, it's not my fault that the business may have sleazy as fuck, ok? This surely doesn't signify that they're coming for our guns. They're not. They're hunting down a business that clearly may have been shady as fuck.
One of the rebukes I have against Dems when it comes to Mass Shootings is that we fail to enforce already prevalent laws to prevent the deranged from getting weapons.
Polymer80 is suspected for not even doing background checks.
You don’t need a background check for an 80% lower or pistol frame and it can be shipped anywhere. Stop and think when you read anything from the MSM or glowie raids.
You don't get background checks on 80% Lowers. One thing to add though is they do have a version of the glock frames that are serialized and you do need a NICS for them.
ATF needs to go. Their entire existence is in opposition to the constitution.
That's, like, your opinion man.
edit: that was a joke about the ATF and their opinions, btw

That's call breaking the law.
