Wasn't he the one that won the election bigly in KY while the D Governor also won, during voter fraud allegations (Dominion machines). Now, he's not coming out in support of TEXAS. Why? Was he informed of the cheating after he won, and failed to act, so now they have him by the balls?

Or, his he just taking his time to make his legal argument strong? Time will tell, but the longer it goes, the more he looks like a compromised RINO.
