Look at the bullshit going on with the ATF and arm braces. There needs to be a legal challenge to their bullshit process for issuing guidance by one off letters. Besides the horseshit of the underlying attempt to change their position it also doesn’t put citizens on notice of a crime they are or possibly could be committing a crime.
