Good luck Joe. First, you can’t do that shit through executive orders. Second, no one will comply. Third, the water levels are rising not because of global warming but because of the displaced water from all the boating accidents.
I didn’t like he did that either but there is a difference what can be done in sweeping gun control changes with an executive order and what the US Code says.

Well he can say anything including that. Doesn’t mean he has the power to do so and wouldn’t be challenged in court. That’s all I’m saying.
