I think this is a done deal. We know the SC Justices follow the news just like we do so they know this election was stolen. They needed a way to make this right.
I think there was a backroom deal to bring 1 all encompassing case in order to throw this election out. There was not time to bring 4 individual cases and have them work their way through the lower courts.
By bringing a state vs state Constitutional case it goes straight to the SC.

No. The SC doesn’t have to take the case. The people that brought the suit were EXTREMELY smart by a state v state approach.
The SCOTUS can’t make the law fit the crime. What they know or think they know about the election is irrelevant. Fraud within the election is not part of the case.
Texas’ complaint to SCOTUS is that voting laws were changed in a manner that is not directed by the Constitution. Because of this, the SCOTUS should direct these states to do what the constitution says- have the House of Representatives choose the President

Fraud within the election is not technically part of the case but it certainly is on the minds of the justices.
I believe that Texas's case focused on 2 things: 1) showing how the 4 defendant states willfully ignored the Constitution and did what they wanted, and thus violated the Constitution which makes for a very solid case on Texas's part. 2) they intentionally ignored election fraud, again for I believe 2 reasons. The first is because the case didn't need it, it's a clear cut violation of the Constitution that they are disputing, and 2, it provides SCOTUS with a case to act on that will allow the Dem's and all those who cheated to save face. Since fraud isn't part of the case, they can continue to claim there was no fraud, and we can continue to speak truth and say there was fraud. I believe the military will soon be involved, and that ONLY through the military will any arrests be made or the swamp actually drained. This is just the first half of the war.
I don’t think there was a back room deal, but Trump picked justices that had liberals foaming at the mouth. He slowly boiled them with each pick, and ACB was the boiling point, now there is no jumping out of the pot for them
