Trump should order Federal marshals to monitor the Senate run off. He can do it under the guise that Republican monitors were denied their right to watch the count last time.
This, because the PA shitshow proved that local police are not to be trusted. Even when GOP poll watchers had a court order to be allowed back in, and were refused, the local PD did nothing to enforce the court order.

I know he is trying to be optimistic here, but he knows how bad the cheating is. I am not sure if he realizes the ACLU poll workers are going to bully and block the GOP watchers just like last time.
