The claim is bribery but I have not seen any mention of the AG using his position or government resources to benefit the guy that the MSM said paid the AG.

It actually looks like it was more of a private consulting thing. AG may have gotten paid but didn't use his office or government resources. Says in the article that he used an outside investigator to investigate whether the FBI violated the guy's constitutional rights.
