If nobody gets 270 and the electoral goes to the US house, how does Trump win?

I keep seeing that Trump wins if the Electoral goes to the house for a vote where each state gets a vote.

If the current house has a Democrat majority, how does Trump win? I keep seeing that he gets 37 votes.

Thanks for any help in understanding this.

If the legislatures decide to balk at selecting electors, no one will get 270. It then goes to the House where the Republicans hold the majority, 27-20-3. Even if some flip Dem, we SHOULD win with those numbers. Dumbed down version....

I am hearing all sorts of numbers too. Bottom line is, we have majority which is good.
