If nobody gets 270 and the electoral goes to the US house, how does Trump win?

I keep seeing that Trump wins if the Electoral goes to the house for a vote where each state gets a vote.

If the current house has a Democrat majority, how does Trump win? I keep seeing that he gets 37 votes.

Thanks for any help in understanding this.

There's only one vote per share and they're supposed to vote along party lines. Reps have 26 states
