If nobody gets 270 and the electoral goes to the US house, how does Trump win?

I keep seeing that Trump wins if the Electoral goes to the house for a vote where each state gets a vote.

If the current house has a Democrat majority, how does Trump win? I keep seeing that he gets 37 votes.

Thanks for any help in understanding this.

Each state gets 1 vote.

There is a majority of States that have a majority of Republicans

Maybe 26 Republican State? 22 Dem?
